The beautiful new temple at Billings, Montana, was dedicated in late 1999. It was not quite finished when this picture was taken, in September 1999.Although this temple is mainly one story high, it is fairly large — a full-sized temple, not one of the new mini-temples. The white spire thrusting skyward and the stone wall around the perimeter are especially attractive.
